Finding

Adventure to Entrevaux

We went to search out a YSA who lives in the medieval city, 70 kilometers from Nice.  Turned out to be a fun adventure with a good ending.   This old town is built across the river on the side of a hill.   There is a hike to the top of the hill to the Citadel, an old fortress.    It was our adventure just wandering and wondering thru the streets looking for an address.   It is a maze of narrow alleyways, small fountains, potted flowers, old, old buildings, steps, and an occasional cat.  During the tourist season, it is full of visitors from all over the world, but it was our good fortune to have it almost to ourselves.

Not this way

Not down here either
